Yes, we are both licensed and insured. Our MHIC # is 103196. If you would like a copy of our insurance please send us a request.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes in deed! We take pride in our quality work and professional service. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we will return as soon as possible to touch up or fix the problem at no charge.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express. We charge a 4% processing fee when paying with a credit card.

Do I need to be home while the work is being completed?

No, but we will need access to your exterior water faucet. If you are getting your house power washed, please don't forget to close your windows.

Do I need to be home for you to provide an estimate?

No, but in some instances we will need to inspect the area in which needs to be power washed.

Does Grime Busters Power Washing provide a written estimate?

Yes, our written estimates are valid for 60 days unless otherwise noted.

What is power washing?

Power washing applies the proper detergents with water through a high pressure system of hoses and a nozzle to remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other environmental pollutants.

What are the advantages of power washing?

Power washing saves money by helping to keep surfaces maintained. Power washing greatly improves the look and value of your property at a cost efficient rate.

Will power washing remove paint?

Grime Busters Power Washing proprietary techniques only remove what you want removed. If you want paint removed, we may be able to do that.

Will power washing cause damage to my deck, siding, or roof?

Not if Grime Busters Power Washing is on the job.

Does Grime Busters Power Washing work year round and /or through the winter months?

Yes, we do work year round. However, we can not power wash when outside temperatures are below freezing. The temperature needs to be above 40 degrees to perform our gutter cleaning or gutter guard installation service.

Is there any type of cleaning you don’t do?

Grime Busters Power Washing can manage all your exterior cleaning needs including window & gutter cleaning.

What types of staining and/or sealing products do you use?

We have a wide array of environment-friendly products to fit the jobs we handle. We prefer and use Sherwin-Willaims Solid Stains, Ready Seal Transparent Stains, & Thompson's Advanced Clear Water Sealer.
